Located just to the east and southeast of downtown Traverse City, East Bay Township boasts two and a half miles of frontage on East Grand Traverse Bay and is home to many inland likes inculding Spider Lake, Arbutus Lake, and Rennie Lake. A variety of vacation and year round lakefront residences are located in the township, as well as established neighborhoods such as Holiday Hills, starter homes, and rural homes with acreage.
