Bordering on downtown Traverse City to the southeast, and located between West Bay to the East, and Lake Leelanau on its northwestern edge, Elmwood Township is one of the most desirable areas of Traverse City.
It is home to high end waterfront properties, as well as established neighborhoods off Cherry Bend Road and Grandview Road that are popular for their proximity to downtown Traverse City and Munson Medical Center.
